The art institute of chicago webpage and trip

looking at the AIC website can help people to know what to expect when going to the museum, and find all informations that they need so it was very helpful for me to look at it before visiting it on Monday.

The Fountains by Hubert Robert is The painting of Classical ruins that caught my eye when I saw it in person it was big but with small details and look very realist.

this painting is one of El Greco's best works and was his first major Spanish commission and first large public work. I chose this painting because of my father, El Greco was one the artists he admired.

Portrait of Ismail, Ambassador of the Persian Shah Tahmasp I painted by Melchior Lorck
I had seen pictures of this painting in history books before so seeing it in person was intresting.
